Typically found serving up straws at soda counters, this glass dispenser has been re-purposed for a higher use. When placed in the office environment this object has found new meaning. Filled with one dozen General's Test Scoring Pencils. Originally designed for use on the SATs - they lay down a lovely dark line. 

Measures: 10 ½”  high x 3 ½” diameter.
